Welcome to the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) application portal.


The scholarship application submission deadline has been extended to April 13th, 2018!

Students with limited access to technology are encouraged to utilize the UVI Writing Center on St. Croix, Mon-Fri from 9am- 5pm and the Territory’s public library system to complete applications. The Charles Turnbull Library (St. Thomas) and Florence Williams Library (St. Croix) are open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. Students are also welcome to work on pending application at the Community Foundation located at 5150 Dronningens Gade from 9am-5pm.
CFVI is pleased to announce that the 2018 academic scholarship applications for graduate, undergraduate, and vocational students are now available.

New applicants must create an account with Fluid Review to begin the application process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to create the account. Once confirmed, applicants will have access to the application portal. Returning applicants can use the same log-in information that was used the previous year.

Graduate Scholarship Application 
Graduate scholarship applications are available for VI students that are pursuing a graduate or professional degree.

Undergraduate Scholarship Application
Undergraduate scholarship applications are available for VI students that have been accepted to or are currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited institution.

Undergraduate Scholarship Application (for displaced students)
A separate undergraduate scholarship application is now available for VI students that were temporarily displaced after Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Senator Marvin Blyden Wheatley Skills Center Scholarship Application
Senator Blyden scholarship applications are available for students that are currently enrolled at the Raphael O. Wheatley Skills Center on St. Thomas.

If you received a grant in 2016/2017, final report forms are now due and are required to be completed before the next grant cycle.
Use the same log-in information you used to apply for the grant to complete your final report. If you have any questions, call us at 340-774-6031.
